The Graduate Programme is a comprehensive 24-month programme designed to equip graduates with the technical skills and individual competencies to embark upon a successful career within the BNP Paribas Group. This opportunity includes a formal mentoring programme, graduate community initiatives, relevant technical training and on- the- job learning from our senior managers and highly experienced team members.
Direct Responsibilities
To act as an interface between the Greater China and Korea COO and his teams, both locally and across countries:
A. Governance Management
1. COO Weekly Meeting
2. Project Tracking
3. Business as usual house keeping
B. Project Management / Driving ad-hoc Projects
1. Financial Security Compliance
2. Regulatory request follow-up
3. Drive special projects and prepare reports as needed
(e.g. ad-hoc research on Regulations, Operational risk, Technology, …)
4. Strategic Planning & Long-Term Development Plan
5. Operational Enhancement / Process Improvement
6. Financials
- Budgeting – Annual Budget Exercise
- Monthly Business Review – BAU financials monitoring
- Headcount monitoring
Contributing Responsibilities
- Provide direct contribution to BNP Paribas operational and permanent control framework
- Assist in arranging programs for incoming and outgoing official missions, seminars,…
Technical and Behavioural Competencies
