The Graduate Programme is a comprehensive 24-month programme designed to equip graduates with the technical skills and individual competencies to embark upon a successful career within the BNP Paribas Group. This opportunity includes a formal mentoring programme, graduate community initiatives, relevant technical training and on- the- job learning from our senior managers and highly experienced team members.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Personal Finance Asia platform has been recently established in order to closely manage the growth of the existing businesses and also to explore new partnership opportunities in the APAC region.
- Be involved in the market watch studies covering the key markets for PF in APAC region
- Participate in the identification and analysis of business development initiatives
- Assist in structuring selected initiatives by preparing simple and efficient presentations, after review of complex reports or data
- Contribute to the new development projects either in the assessment or implementation phases
- Help in prepare reports on the progress of the projects
- Coordinate with other APAC or PF HQ contributors involved in the projects
Technical and Behavioural Competencies
