Position Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Help with definition of deals in CRM (Client Vision)
- Amend incorrect booking in Client Vision
- Produce Sales Activity Tracking reporting
- Help with the definition / compilation of the target names for BP2S
- Produce & distribute call meeting notes
Competencies
- Demonstrating a keen interest in Securities Services industry
- Willingness to take on wide range of responsibilities and assignments
- Ability to learn new skills in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to multi-task and to priorities tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Specific Qualifications Required
- Undergraduate or master students in their second year or penultimate year of study
