Key Responsibilities
As part of BNP Paribas Securities Services’ fund administration business for hedge funds, the HFS IS team is the interface between the fund manager and the investors of the fund.
The main duties for this team is to collect and process the subscriptions/redemptions received from the investors, to answer Investors’ queries as well as fund managers’ queries and to perform the KYC (“Know your client”) due diligence on the investors of the fund to comply with the relevant compliance regulations.
We are looking for a summer trainee to help supporting the team in its capacity of administrator of the fund. The main duties would be:
- To support the KYC department to prepare and file the documents required to perform an investor’s due diligence
- To prepare the mailing for confirmations of subscriptions/redemptions to the investors
- To help the team in the daily tasks to have exposure to the investor services business

Specific Qualifications Required
- Undergraduate or master students in their second year or penultimate year of study
