The Graduate Programme is a comprehensive 24-month programme designed to equip graduates with the technical skills and individual competencies to embark upon a successful career within the BNP Paribas Group. This opportunity includes a formal mentoring programme, graduate community initiatives, relevant technical training and on- the- job learning from our senior managers and highly experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Will be part of the APAC Transaction Banking Regional Office
- Support and manage regional governance and strategy
- Analyze and report country and regional performance
- Be involved in control /quality review and testing
- Design and define regional processes that ensure standardization to address controls /risks , efficiency and enhanced client experience
- Support and/or manage various initiatives and processes in the Implementation and Delivery areas.
- This role will have an APAC wide engagement and will require the incumbent to work with teams across APAC , quite often transversally with other functions/businesses and touch different business lines with Transaction banking.
Technical and Behavioural Competencies
