The Graduate Programme is a comprehensive 24-month programme designed to equip graduates with the technical skills and individual competencies to embark upon a successful career within the BNP Paribas Group. This opportunity includes a formal mentoring programme, graduate community initiatives, relevant technical training and on- the- job learning from our senior managers and highly experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to MNC coverage team on marketing, internal coordination (e.g. documentation, compliance control, client onboarding etc), research/analysis and reporting. When appropriate, graduate will be assigned to handle and develop a portfolio of clients independently.
Assist Coverage Relationship Managers in:
- Preparation of marketing presentation, relationship summary, call reports, including research when necessary
- Assist Team Head to prepare the management reports
- Compliance controls e.g. quarterly credit review, AML validation etc.
- Coordination on client on-boarding e.g. documentation follow up, seeking approval, preparing term sheets
- Preparation of credit memo, info gathering from client, RFP, greenlight request, RAROC calculation
Direct contribution to BNP Paribas operational permanent control framework
- Direct contribution to our operational permanent control framework.
- Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan
- Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- Contribute to the reporting of all incidents according to the Incident Management System
- Responsible for implementing audit recommendations as per the agreed timeline
Technical and Behavioural Competencies
