The Graduate Programme is a comprehensive 24-month programme designed to equip graduates with the technical skills and individual competencies to embark upon a successful career within the BNP Paribas Group. This opportunity includes a formal mentoring programme, graduate community initiatives, relevant technical training and on- the- job learning from our senior managers and highly experienced team members.
Direct Responsibilities
Participate in the implementation of a “Management Information System” for all IT & Operations activities (Cash and Trade Operations, Global Market, Client Management Services…)
- Select and analyse the sources of information
- Implement the regular collection of data with relevant parties, on and off-shore
- Prepare summary and presentations
- Support department and management with appropriate data when required
Contributing Responsibilities
- Support Departments for the issuance of some regular reports (internal, regulatory, etc…)
- Analyse the bank processes, and proposes improvement when possible, in particular in the spirit of a “Digital approach”.
- Assist the follow up of projects with preparation and follow up of timelines, contact with the regions if necessary.
Technical and Behavioural Competencies
