The APAC Summer Internship Programme is a comprehensive 10 week programme (between June to August 2019) designed to equip penultimate year students with the financial and individual competencies to potentially embark on a successful career within the BNP Paribas Group. This opportunity includes a firm wide orientation, lunch-and-learn series, networking events and on- the- job learning from our senior managers and highly experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
Our technology professionals are responsible for developing, implementing, supporting and maintaining cutting-edge applications across the business as well as managing our security and working within regulatory requirements to decrease our operational risk. Their key objective is to apply expertise in technology to business problems and deliver high quality, practical solutions.
It is expected that the summer intern will acquire knowledge/understanding of IT and develop the overall skills set required to successfully contribute to the business. Your responsibilities may include, but is not limited to, the following tasks:
- Improve IT procurement process
- Improve IT daily and weekly monitoring reports, comprehensive contents, and support to automate the reports
- Other duties assigned by management as requested
Technical and Behavioural Competencies
Students who are graduating between December 2019 and June 2020 from all areas of disciplines are most welcome to apply. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
