The Graduate Programme is a comprehensive 24-month programme designed to equip graduates with the technical skills and individual competencies to embark upon a successful career within the BNP Paribas Group. This opportunity includes a formal mentoring programme, graduate community initiatives, relevant technical training and on- the- job learning from our senior managers and highly experienced team members.
Direct Responsibilities
The role requires working closely with the Business Lines and Functions to:
- Analyze current organization and processes, identify and implement process improvement and strategic changes across the organization, following formal Project Management methodologies
- Itemize, clarify and consolidate requirements
- Produce clear functional specifications and project plans for each project
- Assess feasibility and define testing, ensuring that requirements are understood and implementation plans are in line with the expectations
- Organize and coordinate UAT and training
- Monitor progress and submit regular reports on the implementation of the project
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Identify and escalate major issues to management in a timely manner
- Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- Work effectively with representatives of all departments, from Front Office to Operations and IT, in different locations through good interpersonal and communication skills
- Maintain comprehensive understanding and documents of the business, Front to Back trade workflows and operational processes and their systems and interfaces
Contributing Responsibilities
- Coordinating the implementation and upgrade of local, regional and global systems
- Coordinating regional or global organizational projects and deployments
- Identifying and implementing process improvement and strategic changes, including new transactions and activities, while meeting internal audit and external regulatory requirements
- Supporting the ITO and Finance governance and management decisions
- Proposing initiatives to continually improve the services provided to both internal and external clients
