The APAC Graduate Programme is a comprehensive 24-month programme designed to equip graduates with the technical skills and individual competencies to embark upon a successful career within the BNP Paribas Group. This opportunity includes a formal mentoring programme, graduate community initiatives, relevant technical training and on- the- job learning from our senior managers and highly experienced team members.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Junior Financial Institutions Sales, in charge of FX and Rates Flow business
Direct Responsibilities
- Price and execute flow trades with institutional clients
- Maintain relationship with existing clients in order to increase our market share
- Work closely with FIC in order to increase client base by onboarding new clients
- Develop electronic market offering for institutional clients
Contributing Responsibilities
- Promote BNPP platform and identify clients’ needs in order to offer the most appropriate products
- Share information and coordinate with Financial Institution Coverage, Structuring and Trading teams in order to deliver best service to clients
- Protect clients’ interests and BNPP reputation
Technical and Behavioural Competencies

- Prior related internship within the banking industry is an advantage
- Recently graduated from top University in Korea
- Experience as Front Officer in financial markets in Korea or other major financial center
- Good knowledge of Interest Rates and FX Flow products, and ideally other underlying (Credit, equity)
- Good knowledge of legal documentation (ISDA, CSA)
- Sales skills: EQ, interpersonal skills, good listening, negotiation skills, presentation skills, effective communication…
- High ethical standards and hard working
- Fluent in English
