The APAC Graduate Programme is a comprehensive 24 month programme designed to equip graduates with the technical skills and individual competencies to embark upon a successful career within the BNP Paribas Group. This opportunity includes a formal mentoring program, graduate community initiatives, relevant technical training and on- the- job learning from our senior managers and highly experienced team members.
Direct Responsibilities
Assist Head of Operations and Client Management in implementing changes arising from new/revised procedures and regulations, coordinating local Operations team’s involvement in local and regional projects, identifying areas for improvements, and other assignments related to Operations and Client Management area.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Coordinate data collection for preparation of dashboards and regular updates for Operations and Client Management
- Gather and analyse information to improve Operational processes, reduce manual activities, monitor operational incidents and track implementation of corrective actions, improve control in daily operational activities
- Work with relevant team to consolidate the Operation and Client Management involvement in new product preparation and implementation,
- Track progress, milestones and targets given to Operations and Client Management
- Assist in coordinating events involving ITO team
