The Graduate Programme is a comprehensive 24-month programme designed to equip graduates with the technical skills and individual competencies to embark upon a successful career within the BNP Paribas Group. This opportunity includes a formal mentoring programme, graduate community initiatives, relevant technical training and on- the- job learning from our senior managers and highly experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
- On-job raining in Transaction Banking China
- Support Sales for trade finance and supplier chain deal management, e.g. bank draft, Guarantee, L/C, client on-boarding, etc.
- Support product manage to review and fine-tune the processes and procedures
- Contribute to structuring of solutions including credit analysis, risk distribution and legal documentation works
- Service and maintenance of the existing clients to deepen the client relationship
- Help on marketing events / client seminars
- Coordinate department activities like industry poll, document update, CSR, etc
Technical and Behavioural Competencies
