The APAC Summer Internship Programme is a comprehensive 10 week programme (between May to July 2019) designed to equip penultimate year students with the financial and individual competencies to potentially embark on a successful career within the BNP Paribas Group. This opportunity includes a firm wide orientation, lunch-and-learn series, networking events and on- the- job learning from our senior managers and highly experienced team members.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- VAT false checking through state tax bureau platform for BAD acceptance and supply chain transactions
- Checking regulators’ mailbox and collecting their notice/survey/request on daily basis
- Submit paper reports to regulators’ offices
- SWIFT collecting and sorting on daily basis
- Documents copying, scanning and filing
- Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework.
- Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan
- Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- Contribute to the reporting of all incidents according to the Incident Management System.
- Ensure audit recommendations are resolved within the specific timeline.
