Direct Responsibilities
We're looking for a motivated graduate to join our Regional HR Business Partner team. This is a Hong Kong based role supporting our Wealth Management business and covering the full generalist HR remit.
Contributing Responsibilities
- Assist Regional Business Partners on HR processes such as performance evaluations, talent, learning and development initiatives, diversity projects, and compensation
- Responsible for providing analytical support by analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable metrics in support of HR and business objectives
- Analyze current operational and business processes, make recommendations and execute changes to improve efficiency
- Engage in ad hoc HR projects
